You can book via our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp/Viber. We recommend booking at least 12–24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability. For urgent requests (less than 3 hours before the ride), please call us directly.

**Do you offer Meet & Greet service at the airport?**

Yes, this service is a standard part of our offer. Our driver will wait for you at the passenger terminal exit, holding a clearly visible sign with your name or company logo so you can recognize them immediately.

**What happens if my flight or train is delayed?**

We know delays are common. We actively track your flight status in real time via official apps. The driver will arrive when you actually land, regardless of the delay, with no extra waiting charge.

**What payment methods are available?**

We offer maximum flexibility: cash directly to the driver after the transfer, card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Dina) in the vehicle via POS terminal, or invoicing for companies – company details must be sent in advance.

**Is Wi-Fi available in the vehicles?**

Yes! Every vehicle is equipped with fast, free Wi-Fi. Whether you need to send important emails or simply browse during the ride, you stay connected throughout.

**Are all costs included in the price (tolls, parking)?**

Absolutely. The price you receive when booking is fixed and final. It includes VAT, tolls domestically and abroad, and airport parking fees. No unpleasant surprises at the end of the ride.

**Do you provide child seats?**

The safety of our youngest passengers is a priority. On request we provide appropriate seats (infant, booster, or standard child seats) based on the child's age. Please mention this when booking.

**Do you provide transfers to cities in the region (abroad)?**

Yes, we provide professional transfers to any destination in the region (Vienna, Budapest, Zagreb, Sarajevo, Sofia, Thessaloniki...). For longer journeys we assign experienced drivers specialized in international routes.

**Can I book a chauffeur for multiple locations in one day?**

Of course. We offer hourly vehicle hire with a chauffeur. This is ideal for business people with multiple meetings at different locations or delegations that need constant mobility.

**Do you provide transport for special events (weddings, celebrations)?**

Yes, Premium Transfer provides transport for weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and sports events. We can organize transport for larger groups using luxury vans.

**What if I need to cancel or change my booking?**

We understand plans change. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the ride. Rescheduling is possible depending on availability, and our customer service will do its best to accommodate you.

**Are passengers insured during the ride?**

Yes, all passengers in our vehicles are fully insured for the duration of the transfer, in accordance with passenger transport regulations.

**Can I request a silent ride without music or conversation?**

Of course. We understand you sometimes need peace for work or rest. Our "Silent Ride" option means the driver stays available for important information but respects your silence and privacy throughout.

**Do drivers speak foreign languages?**

Yes, all our drivers speak English fluently. If you need a driver who speaks another language (e.g. German or Russian), mention it when booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

**What if I have a large amount of luggage or sports equipment?**

Our fleet includes vehicles with large luggage capacity (estates and vans). If you are carrying skis, golf bags, or filming equipment, please let us know so we can send a suitable vehicle for safe storage.
