Through the contact form and enquiries we collect your name, email address, phone number, route and travel date, passenger count and any notes about your flight or luggage. We do not request or process special categories of data. When you visit the site we also process technical data such as IP address and device type, only as far as needed for security and basic analytics.

We use your data to answer the enquiry, prepare a quote, assign a vehicle and driver, issue an invoice, and contact you if your flight or departure time changes. The legal basis is performance of the transport contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into it, plus our statutory accounting obligations.

We pass your details only to the driver performing the ride and, where necessary, to a partner transport company engaged for that specific transfer. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Technical providers (hosting, email) process data on our instructions under confidentiality obligations.

Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted no later than 12 months after the last communication. Records of completed rides and issued invoices are kept for as long as Serbian tax and accounting rules require.

You have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, and object to processing. Send your request to office@premiumtransfer.rs and we will reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been breached you may contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

The site uses a minimal set of cookies needed to run the form and remember your chosen language. Analytics are anonymised, with no profiling of individual visitors and no third-party advertising cookies.

The site is served over HTTPS. Booking data is accessible only to authorised staff and only to the extent needed to carry out the ride.
