Terms of service

Private passenger transport is provided by Premium Transfer Belgrade, Prve pruge 7, Belgrade, registration number 66741664, tax ID 113325163. The service covers airport, intercity and international transfers as well as hourly chauffeur hire.

An enquiry sent through the form, by phone, email or WhatsApp is not binding until we confirm it in writing. The contract is formed when we send you a confirmation stating the route, departure date and time, vehicle class and final price. Please give the exact pickup address, passenger count, and flight number for airport transfers.

All prices are quoted in euros and shown as indicative from prices. The final amount depends on the exact address, passenger count and vehicle class, and is confirmed before departure. You can pay in cash, by card in the vehicle, or by invoice for companies. Tolls and standard road costs are included in the confirmed price unless stated otherwise.

Please report cancellations or changes as early as possible, as a rule at least 24 hours before departure; within that window cancellation is free of charge. For later cancellations or a no-show at the agreed pickup point we reserve the right to charge the vehicle dispatch cost. We may cancel a ride for safety reasons or force majeure, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

For arrivals at Nikola Tesla Airport we track the flight and include free waiting of up to 60 minutes from actual landing. For departures from an address, free waiting of up to 15 minutes is included. Any further waiting is charged at the agreed hourly rate.

Luggage capacity follows the vehicle class: a sedan carries up to 3 passengers, a van up to 6 passengers and 6 suitcases, and a minibus up to 18 people on request. Child seats are provided at no extra cost when requested at booking. Pets may travel when announced in advance and carried in a suitable crate.

Passengers must be ready at the agreed place and time, follow traffic rules and the driver's instructions, and refrain from smoking or consuming alcohol in the vehicle. Passengers are liable for damage caused to the vehicle intentionally or through gross negligence.

All transfers are performed with licensed and insured vehicles. We are not liable for delays or missed connections caused by traffic, weather, roadworks, border procedures or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend allowing a sufficient time buffer before your flight.

Send any complaint about a completed ride to office@premiumtransfer.rs within 14 days of travel and we will respond within the statutory deadline. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the competent court in Belgrade has jurisdiction over disputes.
